Clear Minded For Life® is an Australian based international organisation that teaches clear mind techniques to children. Due to its simple nature, the program brings a great sense of calm to children and adults alike.
The Clear Minded For Life® program is designed to assist children to develop the ability to understand their mind, building wisdom and empowering them in their life.
They learn how to breathe with focus and how their breath can assist them to find calm. Deep breaths are used to bring more oxygen into the brain allowing for higher sensory processing to focus, concentrate, interact and learn more easily, at home, school or any situation.

The program is non-denominational and designed for ALL children regardless of life circumstance, background, ability, etc. We have found the techniques are as effective for children in trauma as for those with ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, aspergers, autism, physical disability or high needs.
As the Clear Minded For Life® techniques are so simple they are applicable across all ages. We have tailored programs specifically for parents, pre-schoolers, adults, teens and school teachers. Our new programs also include Integrated Body Movement, a physical movement program designed to bring focus and awareness to the entire body in form.
Children learn their brain is elastic and are empowered each time they allow their mind to come into clear focus on one great idea or something that makes them smile. The myelin sheath is coating the neurons and these neurons then fire more rapidly towards this conscious positive thought bringing it into their everyday reality as they now have a network of neurons linking to this thought – rather than continually being bombarded by thoughts they no longer like or want.
